We offer guided surf trips to Sri Lanka's southern province in conjunction with our friends at Lotus Surf House. Sri Lanka's Southwest coast offers pristine surf beaches and scenery with a good variety of waves vary from beginner friendly through to advanced.

At Rhythm & Flow, our aim is to create an authentic surf travel experience where you will not only be exposed to a different culture but also be surfing great waves suitable to your ability while receiving expert analysis and guidance.

How much is it?

Our goal is to be able to offer our crew a great experience, helping to progress surfing skills and knowledge, while aiming to keep things as affordable as possible. All inclusive costs in Sri Lanka are outlined for you below:

All-inclusive Twin Share - $2,240*

All-inclusive private - $2,610*

*Flights not included in cost, costs cover all expenses once in Sri Lanka.

What to expect?

Our goal is to introduce you to a new surfing destination and help you improve your surfing in a safe and supportive environment.

Surf a variety of waves in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka

Access to a variety of intermediate friendly surf spots

Quality in depth coaching – concentrating on technique, form and ocean awareness

A local guide will be in the water with you, Wade and Sam either in the water or filming.

We will not be pushing or coaching from the water other than a few tips

1 x coached session per day. Additional sessions at your own accord

Breakdown of footage daily (afternoons/evenings)

Most days will consist of a morning surf, followed by breakfast/lunch then free time where you may choose to surf again, relax poolside, explore the area or have a massage/facial

Accommodation at Lotus Surf House is clean, tidy and tucked away in a safe private setting. We do however ask that those that join us on this trip do so with an open mind. Sri Lanka is still a developing nation, it is usual to expect power outages at certain times during the day and night

Land based footage to take home with you (hard drive required).
